Kiwanis Arts, Crafts, & Collectibles Fair
You are cordially invited to participate in the annual Kiwanis Arts, Crafts, & Collectibles Fair, August 4th & 5th, 2012.
Kiwanis Craft Fair Application
Ther Fair is held in Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis, Wyoming. It is sponsored by the Thermopolis Kiwanis Club and is held in conjunction with Thermopolis Pageant Days and the Gift Of The Waters Pageant.
The public is welcome. The booths will open at 10:00 AM both days, and close at 6:00 PM on Saturday, and 4:00 PM on Sunday.
We would like to offer a juried competition at no extra cost to you. If you are interested, please say so on the application form.
Kiwanis Craft Fair Application
The participant booth sizes are 12′ x 15′. The fee for the two day event is $40.00. This fee includes both days and is not refundable. There is not a discount if the vendor decides to participate for only one day. You will be responsible for paying the 5% state sales tax.
If you are interested in joining us for the Atrs, Crafts, & Collectibles Fair, please complete the application form with your check for $40.00 by July 1, 2012. Specific booth requests will be given on a first received basis.
Please include your email address (preferred) or a self addressed stamped envelope with your application, so that we may send a confirmation letter and your booth assignment.
If you need to use a generator, we ask that only well muffled generators, less than 3400 watts be used (for example, no air conditioners).
