People have been coming to soak in the ‘healing Waters' of one of the world's largest mineral hot springs (located in Hot Springs State Park; Thermopolis, Wyoming) for many years. Clare Armstrong arrived in Thermopolis in 1917 at the age of 30. She had only six months to live; at least, that's what her doctor in Nebraska said. Upon her arrival, she started swimming in and drinking the mineral hot waters and she steadily became stronger. This amazing lady lived to be 104' This is just one example of the healing of these mineral hot waters.

There are many ways to enjoy these waters and to leave feeling refreshed:

  • Swim and soak in natural mineral hot water in Hot Springs State Park.
  • Pamper yourself with beauty salon services.
  • Enjoy a soothing massage.
  • Exercise in a watercize class or at the fitness center.
  • Dine on ‘Healthy Eating' meals at our restaurants.
  • Relax in one of our motels, campgrounds, or retreats.

Each session takes place in chest-high natural mineral water of 94-98 degrees. The face is held above water while the buoyancy of the water facilitates release of gravity on the spine, allowing the client to float horizontally while supported by the therapist.
